Police

The Police Department, also located at the Public Services Building 120 Broughton Street, is one of the more visible municipal departments. The Troy Police Department is currently staffed by ten full-time and six part-time officers involved in all aspects of law enforcement.

Community policing initiatives are an integral part of day-to-day operations for our police department. With the advantages of state of the art equipment and many grant funded programs, Troy boasts one of the best police departments in the state.
